A dàys work but well worth the wait. We had a large stain that was unable to be removed through cleaning. Dale was able to use left over carpet to patch it up to look as good as new. Dale had to fix up another company’s botched job on my stairwell carpet. He came in an worked miracles and his prices are not astronomical. We had a cat which had originally trashed the stairs by clawing at them, and initially Sam’s Carpets came in an made the whole thing much worse and dangerous with loose carpet and poor workmanship. Later apologized saying they have read my email and realized I would not be free on the weekend. 3 Oct: No reponses from them. Followed them up with an SMS. Got a reply and confirmed to visit us the next day. 4 Oct: Site visit. Informed us that we would get a quote in 2 days. 19 Oct: No updates. Followed up with another SMS. No replies. A reply to the owner: I do not mind if it will take time. If you have informed us it’d take a month to the quote, we will be happy to wait. You said the quote will be ready in two days…we waited for two weeks. Tried to contact you but didn’t get any replies. That’s the bit that got me. If you cannot deliver the quote in the time you specified, please don’t overpromise.
