20 Sept: Lodged a request on the website. Requesting to get the carpet repaired within the next 2 weeks. Informed them to contact me during weekdays after 2:10 PM. 23 Sept: Got a SMS from them asking me if they could check out our carpet at 3:45 pm on the weekend. Later apologized saying they have read my email and realized I would not be free on the weekend. 3 Oct: No reponses from them. Followed them up with an SMS. Got a reply and confirmed to visit us the next day. 4 Oct: Site visit. Informed us that we would get a quote in 2 days. 19 Oct: No updates. Followed up with another SMS. No replies. A reply to the owner: I do not mind if it will take time. If you have informed us it’d take a month to the quote, we will be happy to wait. You said the quote will be ready in two days…we waited for two weeks. Tried to contact you but didn’t get any replies. That’s the bit that got me. If you cannot deliver the quote in the time you specified, please don’t overpromise.

I got Dale out to fix some bulges and bumps in my carpet before christmas. I was desperate to get the work done at short notice as we had guests staying over on Christmas day. We had a house full of badly stretched carpet, that not only looked ugly but was a trip hazard. Dale checked it out and indicated it was a big job that actually took four days to complete. He gave a very competitive quote. In addition to moving relevant furniture, he needed to secure the edge strips to the concrete floor to make sure his power-stretch was going to hold. We had Dale repair a section of carpet that had been damaged from cats. Can’t even tell where the carpet has been repaired. A great guy. Did a perfect job. Excellent communication. Would highly recommend. 5/5

A dàys work but well worth the wait. We had a large stain that was unable to be removed through cleaning. Dale was able to use left over carpet to patch it up to look as good as new. He was able to remove all my carpet wripples in 3 bedrooms including a particularly large one. I now have new carpet again. God bless and thank you very much.

Dale did an excellent job of repairing a damaged section of carpet that had been affected by a water leak. He was very thorough and performed the job with a fine tooth comb. Unless you knew where to look, the join in the carpet is essentially unnoticeable. Would recommend his work
