CRAIM 3-Year Warranty – Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Warranty
All carpet repair work is warranted against faulty materials and workmanship for 3 years from the date of job completion (unless otherwise stated on the quotation). All carpet repair work complies with or exceeds the Standard AS 2455.1:2019 Textile Floor Coverings – Installation Practice. Any exceptions to this are circumstances where the scope of the required carpet repair work is not included in, or covered by, the Standard.
2. Making a Warranty Claim
In the event of a claim, you must protect the affected carpet repair from further damage, contact Carpet Repairs and Invisible Mending as soon as possible, provide proof of purchase (invoice or payment receipt), and arrange an inspection.
If faulty workmanship and/or materials are the cause, we will rectify the fault.
3. Warranty Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable, notwithstanding State and Federal legislation, and liability is strictly limited to correcting the fault.
Updates to These Terms
These warranty terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page at the date of your quotaion applies to your repair.
